MyHealthPal has >15,000 exercises, and our MyHealthPal experts can customise exercises that include narrated videos and descriptions about how to perform each exercise. Each exercise, including the intensity, repetition, set, and tempo, is selected to meet your needs and is suitable for your abilities.
No, MyHealthPal is free to download.
Your adherence to the exercise program, including the number of sessions completed, number of exercises, and sets and repetitions completed within each session, can be recorded within the MyHealthPal App and Online Platform.
If you are signed up for the Pro Plan, you can liaise with your MyHealthPal expert directly through the MyHealthPal App or online platform. The MyHealthPal team can also be contacted at email@example.com.
Your program is tailored to you and your environment. For example, whether you do or don’t have any exercise equipment, your program will reflect this. Our team can also assist you with purchasing exercise equipment and make recommendations to help you with your progress.
Once you have your initial consultation with your MyHealthPal expert, you will be given a code to enter in to the MyHealthPal App or Online Platform to access your personalised program.
